class=\"has-text-align-center\">\u672c\u671f\uff0c\u5c0f\u7f16\u5c06\u4e3b\u8981\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e0e\u6d77\u5173\u7a0b\u5e8f\u548c\u8d38\u6613\u4fbf\u5229\u5316\u6709\u5173\u7684RCEP\u6761\u6b3e\u548c\u5185\u5bb9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>No.1<\/strong><\/em> <strong>\u6d77\u5173\u7a0b\u5e8f\u548c\u8d38\u6613\u4fbf\u5229\u5316<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1\u3001\u5b9a\u4e49<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u4e16\u754c\u8d38\u6613\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff08WTO\uff09\u300a\u8d38\u6613\u4fbf\u5229\u5316\u534f\u5b9a\u300b\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u8d38\u6613\u4fbf\u5229\u5316\u5e94\u81f3\u5c11\u5305\u62ec\u4ee5\u4e0b\u51e0\u4e2a\u65b9\u9762\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4fe1\u606f\u7684\u516c\u5e03\u4e0e\u83b7\u5f97\uff1b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u8d27\u7269\u653e\u884c\u4e0e\u6e05\u5173\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff1b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4e0e\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u89c4\u8d39\u548c\u8d39\u7528\uff1b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u8fb9\u5883\u673a\u6784\u5408\u4f5c\u4e0e\u6d77\u5173\u5408\u4f5c\uff1b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4e0e\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u548c\u8fc7\u5883\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u624b\u7eed\uff1b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u53d7\u6d77\u5173\u76d1\u7ba1\u7684\u8fdb\u5883\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u79fb\u52a8\uff1b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u8fc7\u5883\u81ea\u7531\uff1b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6c9f\u901a\u4e0e\u534f\u5546\u673a\u5236\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>RCEP\u5171\u8ba1\u4e8c\u5341\u7ae0\uff0c\u6d77\u5173\u7a0b\u5e8f\u548c\u8d38\u6613\u4fbf\u5229\u5316\u4e3b\u8981\u4f53\u73b0\u5728\u8d27\u7269\u8d38\u6613\u3001\u6d77\u5173\u7a0b\u5e8f\u548c\u8d38\u6613\u4fbf\u5229\u5316\u3001\u7535\u5b50\u5546\u52a1\u7b49\u7ae0\u8282\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u7b2c\u56db\u7ae0\u6d77\u5173\u7a0b\u5e8f\u548c\u8d38\u6613\u4fbf\u5229\u5316\u5171\u5305\u542b21\u4e2a\u6761\u6b3e\u548c1\u4e2a\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4f18\u5316\u901a\u5173\u7a0b\u5e8f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.\u9f13\u52b1\u4e0d\u91c7\u7528\u88c5\u8fd0\u524d\u68c0\u9a8c\uff0c\u536b\u751f\u548c\u690d\u7269\u536b\u751f\u4e3a\u76ee\u7684\u7684\u88c5\u8fd0\u524d\u68c0\u9a8c\u9664\u5916\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.\u8bbe\u7acb\u62b5\u8fbe\u524d\u5904\u7406\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u5141\u8bb8\u63d0\u4ea4\u8d27\u7269\u8fdb\u53e3\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.\u7b80\u5316\u6d77\u5173\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u52a0\u5feb\u8d27\u7269\u653e\u884c\u3002\u4e89\u53d6\u5b9e\u73b0\u5feb\u8fd0\u8d27\u7269\u3001\u6613\u8150\u8d27\u7269\u62b5\u8fbe\u540e6\u5c0f\u65f6\u5185\u653e\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.\u901a\u8fc7\u9002\u5f53\u9009\u62e9\u6027\u6807\u51c6\u8fdb\u884c\u98ce\u9669\u8bc4\u4f30\uff0c\u5c06\u76d1\u7ba1\u96c6\u4e2d\u4e8e\u9ad8\u98ce\u9669\u8d27\u7269\uff0c\u52a0\u5feb\u4f4e\u98ce\u9669\u8d27\u7269\u653e\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u63d0\u5347\u670d\u52a1\u4fdd\u969c\u80fd\u529b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.\u89c4\u5b9a\u9884\u88c1\u5b9a\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u5bf9\u5b9e\u65bd\u9884\u88c1\u5b9a\u7684\u539f\u5219\u3001\u8303\u56f4\u3001\u6d41\u7a0b\u4ee5\u53ca\u6548\u529b\u7b49\u8fdb\u884c\u8be6\u7ec6\u89c4\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.\u5e94\u7528\u4fe1\u606f\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u52a0\u901f\u8d27\u7269\u653e\u884c\u3002\u5305\u62ec\u8fd0\u62b5\u524d\u63d0\u4ea4\u6570\u636e\u4ee5\u53ca\u7528\u4e8e\u98ce\u9669\u76ee\u6807\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u6216\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4f18\u5316\u4f01\u4e1a\u7ba1\u7406<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.\u5411\u7ecf\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7684\u7ecf\u8425\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u989d\u5916\u7684\u8d38\u6613\u4fbf\u5229\u5316\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u534f\u5b9a\u8986\u76d6\u66f4\u591a\u672a\u4e92\u8ba4\u4e3b\u4f53\uff0c\u7edf\u4e00\u8ba4\u8bc1\u6807\u51c6\u548c\u4f18\u60e0\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u6846\u67b6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.\u8bbe\u7acb\u900f\u660e\u7684\u540e\u7eed\u7a3d\u67e5\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u4ee5\u98ce\u9669\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\u9009\u62e9\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u6216\u8005\u8d27\u7269\u8fdb\u884c\u540e\u7eed\u7a3d\u67e5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p \u5728RCEP\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u4e0b\uff0c\u4f01\u4e1a\u987b\u52a0\u5f3a\u5bf9\u6d77\u5173\u7a0b\u5e8f\u548c\u8d38\u6613\u4fbf\u5229\u5316\u89c4\u5219\u3001\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u5b66\u4e60\u548c\u4e86\u89e3\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u4eab\u53d7RCEP\u4e0b\u7684\u5404\u9879\u4f18\u60e0\u63aa\u65bd\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.
