\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6bd4\u5982\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bf9\u97e9\u56fd\u4ea7\u7684\u7eba\u7ec7\u54c1\u548c\u4e0d\u9508\u94a2\u7b49\u9010\u6b65\u524a\u51cf\u5173\u7a0e\u5230\u96f6\uff0c\u5bf9\u97e9\u56fd\u4ea7\u7684\u53d1\u7535\u673a\u3001\u6c7d\u8f66\u96f6\u90e8\u4ef6\u7b49\u5c06\u5b9e\u884c\u90e8\u5206\u964d\u7a0e\u3002\u97e9\u56fd\u5bf9\u4e2d\u56fd\u4ea7\u7684\u7cca\u7cbe\u7b49\u5c06\u7acb\u5373\u5b9e\u65bd\u96f6\u5173\u7a0e\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e2d\u56fd\u4ea7\u7684\u670d\u88c5\u3001\u5e72\u8d1d\u3001\u74f7\u7816\u7b49\u4e5f\u5c06\u5b9e\u884c\u66f4\u4f4e\u7a0e\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RCEP\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u7d2f\u79ef\u89c4\u5219\u5c06\u5728\u66f4\u5927\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u5b9e\u65bd<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u97e9\u56fd\u5c06\u662f\u7b2c11\u4e2a\u751f\u6548\u7684RCEP\u7f14\u7ea6\u65b9\uff0c3\u6708\u4efdRCEP\u8fd8\u5c06\u5bf9\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u751f\u6548\u3002\u4e13\u5bb6\u8868\u793a\uff0cRCEP\u751f\u6548\u7684\u7f14\u7ea6\u65b9\u8d8a\u591a\uff0c\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u7d2f\u79ef\u89c4\u5219\u4f7f\u7528\u8303\u56f4\u8d8a\u5927\uff0c\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u6536\u76ca\u8d8a\u591a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u5173\u7a0e\u51cf\u8ba9\uff0cRCEP\u5728\u8d27\u7269\u8d38\u6613\u9886\u57df\u7684\u4e00\u5927\u4eae\u70b9\u662f\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u7d2f\u79ef\u89c4\u5219\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u89c4\u5219\u4e0b\uff0cRCEP\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u5728\u751f\u4ea7\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6240\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u7684\u539f\u4ea7\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u770b\u4f5c\u672c\u5730\u7684\u539f\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u7d2f\u79ef\u589e\u52a0\u539f\u4ea7\u4ef7\u503c\u6210\u5206\u6bd4\u4f8b\uff0c\u6765\u6ee1\u8db3\u6700\u7ec8\u51fa\u53e3\u4ea7\u54c1\u589e\u503c40%\u7684\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u4eab\u53d7\u5230\u4f18\u60e0\u5173\u7a0e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e13\u5bb6\u8868\u793a\uff0cRCEP\u5bf9\u97e9\u56fd\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u5c06\u6269\u5927\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u7d2f\u79ef\u89c4\u5219\u5b9e\u65bd\u8303\u56f4\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8ba9\u90e8\u5206\u4f01\u4e1a\u4eab\u60e0\u201c\u7531\u5c11\u5230\u591a\u201d\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u201c\u4ece\u65e0\u5230\u6709\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5bf9\u5916\u7ecf\u6d4e\u8d38\u6613\u5927\u5b66\u56fd\u9645\u7ecf\u8d38\u5b66\u9662\u6559\u6388\u5d14\u51e1\uff1a\u7531\u4e8eRCEP\u7684\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\uff08\u7d2f\u79ef\uff09\u89c4\u5219\uff0cRCEP\u5bf9\u97e9\u56fd\u751f\u6548\u540e\uff0c\u5b83\u5728\u66f4\u5927\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u5b9e\u65bd\u7d2f\u79ef\uff0c\u5f53\u4f01\u4e1a\u4f7f\u7528\u5230\uff08\u539f\u4ea7\u4e8e\uff09\u97e9\u56fd\u7684\u4e2d\u95f4\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e2d\u95f4\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e5f\u80fd\u591f\u7d2f\u79ef\u8ba1\u7b97\u5230\u533a\u57df\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\u4e2d\u95f4\u6765\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4f7f\u4ed6\u4eec\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u83b7\u5f97\u4f18\u60e0\u7684\u5173\u7a0e\u5b89\u6392\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RCEP\u5c06\u5f3a\u5316\u4e1c\u5317\u4e9a\u7ecf\u8d38\u5408\u4f5c<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e13\u5bb6\u8868\u793a\uff0cRCEP\u5bf9\u97e9\u56fd\u751f\u6548\u540e\uff0c\u97e9\u56fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u5728RCEP\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u8fdb\u884c\u4ea7\u4e1a\u5e03\u5c40\uff0c\u6d77\u5916\u6295\u8d44\u5c06\u66f4\u52a0\u6709\u6548\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c06\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u4e1c\u5317\u4e9a\u5730\u533a\u4ea7\u4e1a\u94fe\u3001\u4f9b\u5e94\u94fe\u7684\u7545\u901a\u3001\u534f\u8c03\u548c\u91cd\u6784\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e2d\u97e9\u7ecf\u8d38\u5173\u7cfb\u6f5c\u529b\u5de8\u5927\u3002\u53bb\u5e74\uff0c\u97e9\u56fd\u662f\u6211\u56fd\u4f4d\u4e8e\u4e1c\u76df\u3001\u6b27\u76df\u3001\u7f8e\u56fd\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u4e4b\u540e\u7684\u7b2c\u4e94\u5927\u8d38\u6613\u4f19\u4f34\uff0c\u6211\u56fd\u5219\u662f\u97e9\u56fd\u7b2c\u4e00\u5927\u8d38\u6613\u4f19\u4f34\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
