class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8be5\u534f\u8bae\u5df2\u4e8e2022\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u6b63\u5f0f\u751f\u6548\uff0c90%\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u8d38\u6613\u5c06\u6700\u7ec8\u5b9e\u73b0\u96f6\u5173\u7a0e\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6d89\u53ca\u5316\u5de5\u884c\u4e1a\u7684RCEP\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u89c4\u5219\u7a0e\u53f7\u9ad8\u8fbe1000\u591a\u4e2a\uff0c\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u751f\u6548\u5c06\u5bf9\u5316\u5de5\u884c\u4e1a\u5f71\u54cd\u660e\u663e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RCEP\u534f\u8bae\u4e2d\u5316\u5de5\u4ea7\u54c1\u964d\u7a0e\u65b9\u5f0f\u67092\u79cd\uff1a\u2460\u76f4\u63a5\u964d\u4e3a0\uff1b\u246110\u201435\u5e74\u5185\u9010\u6b65\u964d\u4e3a0\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u8fc7\u7a0b\u770b\u4f3c\u6f2b\u957f\uff0c\u4f46\u957f\u671f\u6765\u770b\u6b64\u4e3e\u66f4\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e0e\u5468\u8fb9\u56fd\u5bb6\u5f62\u6210\u66f4\u4e3a\u7d27\u5bc6\u7684\u8d38\u6613\u5408\u4f5c\u5173\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e2d\u56fd\u662fRCEP\u534f\u8bae\u56fd\u4e2d\u6700\u5927\u7684\u5236\u9020\u56fd\uff0c\u5728\u5316\u5de5\u884c\u4e1a\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u9700\u8981\u8fdb\u53e3\u5927\u91cf\u77f3\u6cb9\u3001\u77ff\u4ea7\u53ca\u80fd\u6e90\u7c7b\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u51fa\u53e3\u76f8\u5bf9\u5927\u5b97\u7684\u5546\u54c1\u4e3b\u8981\u4e3a\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u4ee5\u53ca\u90e8\u5206\u7cbe\u7ec6\u5316\u5de5\u4ea7\u54c1\u3001\u65b0\u6750\u6599\u4ea7\u54c1\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>RCEP\u5bf9\u5316\u5de5\u884c\u4e1a\u6709\u54ea\u4e9b\u5f71\u54cd\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u5728\u964d\u4f4e\u5173\u7a0e\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e00\u662f\u6765\u81ea\u65e5\u97e9\u5728\u5173\u7a0e\u8d38\u6613\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u79ef\u6781\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u5316\u5de5\u4ea7\u54c1\u884c\u4e1aRCEP\u5173\u7a0e\u51cf\u514d\u529b\u5ea6\u6bd4\u300a\u4e2d\u97e9\u81ea\u8d38\u534f\u5b9a\u300b\u8981\u5927\uff0c\u4e14\u8fd9\u662f\u4e2d\u65e5\u9996\u6b21\u8fbe\u6210\u6709\u5173\u5316\u5de5\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u5173\u7a0e\u76f8\u4e92\u51cf\u514d\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u6709\u5229\u4e8e\u5316\u5de5\u884c\u4e1a\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u8d38\u6613\uff1b\u4e8c\u662f\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6211\u56fd\u5bf9\u5916\u4f9d\u8d56\u5ea6\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u5316\u5de5\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u6211\u56fd\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u76f8\u5bf9\u4fdd\u5b88\u7684\u5173\u7a0e\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u5c06\u5728\u4e00\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u51cf\u7f13\u5bf9\u5916\u4f9d\u5b58\u5ea6\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u8d70\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5bf9\u4e8e\u82b3\u70c3\u7c7b\uff0c\u6211\u56fd\u5bf9\u97e9\u56fd\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u3001\u6587\u83b1\u7b49RCEP\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u7684\u8fdb\u53e3\u4f9d\u8d56\u7a0b\u5ea6\u9ad8\uff0cRCEP\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u751f\u6548\u4f7f\u5173\u7a0e\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u8f83\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u539f\u6599\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u4e5f\u5c06\u52a0\u5f3a\u77ed\u671f\u5185\u6211\u56fd\u8fdb\u53e3\u4f01\u4e1a\u5bf9\u5916\u4f9d\u8d56\u7a0b\u5ea6\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u56fd\u5185\u76f8\u5173\u539f\u6599\u751f\u4ea7\u4f01\u4e1a\u5c06\u9020\u6210\u4e00\u5b9a\u51b2\u51fb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5bf9\u4e8e\u70ef\u70c3\uff0c\u6211\u56fd\u5206\u522b\u5728\u534f\u5b9a\u751f\u6548\u7684\u7b2c21\u5e74\u548c\u7b2c10\u5e74\u624d\u5bf9\u65e5\u672c\u548c\u97e9\u56fd\u5173\u7a0e\u964d\u81f3\u96f6\uff1b\u5bf9\u4e8e\u805a\u4e59\u70ef\u3001\u5bf9\u4e8c\u7532\u82ef\uff08PX\uff09\u3001\u7cbe\u5bf9\u82ef\u4e8c\u7532\u9178\uff08PTA\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e59\u4e8c\u9187\uff08EG\uff09\u7b49\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\uff0c\u6211\u56fd\u5e76\u672a\u5bf9\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u97e9\u56fd\u7b49\u4e3b\u8981\u8d38\u6613\u56fd\u505a\u51fa\u524a\u51cf\u6216\u53d6\u6d88\u5173\u7a0e\u7684\u627f\u8bfa\uff0c\u5bf9\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u5219\u662f\u91c7\u7528\u8f83\u957f\u7684\u964d\u7a0e\u5e74\u9650\u6216\u662f\u5fae\u5e45\u4e0b\u8c03\u7a0e\u7387\u540e\u4fdd\u6301\u4e0d\u53d8\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u56fd\u5185\u4ecd\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u9ad8\u7aef\u7cbe\u7ec6\u5316\u5de5\u54c1\u53ca\u65b0\u6750\u6599\u4f9d\u8d56\u8fdb\u53e3\u8d44\u6e90\uff0c\u5982\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u6750\u6599\u3001\u9502\u7535\u6c60\u6750\u6599\u3001\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u6c60\u6750\u6599\u3001\u9762\u677f\u663e\u793a\u6750\u6599\u7b49\uff0c\u800c\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u97e9\u56fd\u53c8\u662f\u6211\u56fd\u9ad8\u7aef\u5316\u5b66\u6750\u6599\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u8fdb\u53e3\u6765\u6e90\u56fd\uff0cRCEP\u7684\u7b7e\u8ba2\u5728\u5f88\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u539f\u6599\u91c7\u8d2d\u6210\u672c\u53ca\u9500\u552e\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u6709\u671b\u52a0\u901f\u8bb8\u591a\u5316\u5de5\u4ea7\u4e1a\u94fe\u4e2d\u5546\u54c1\u7684\u6d41\u901a\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u66f4\u5927\u8d38\u6613\u89c4\u6a21\uff0c\u66f4\u6709\u5229\u4e8e\u6211\u56fd\u5316\u5de5\u4ea7\u54c1\u8d70\u51fa\u56fd\u95e8\u3001\u7f13\u89e3\u56fd\u5185\u4ea7\u80fd\u8fc7\u5269\u538b\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u5728\u964d\u4f4e\u8d38\u6613\u58c1\u5792\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RCEP\u901a\u8fc7\u5404\u7c7b\u5236\u5ea6\u964d\u4f4e\u533a\u57df\u5185\u8d38\u6613\u58c1\u5792\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u2460\u4e0d\u540c\u4e8e\u53cc\u8fb9\u81ea\u8d38\u534f\u5b9a\uff0cRCEP\u5728\u5341\u4e94\u4e2a\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u589e\u5f3a\u4e86\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u7d2f\u79ef\u89c4\u5219\u3002\u4ee5\u524d\u7531\u591a\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u539f\u6599\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u7ecf\u8fc7\u6b64\u7d2f\u79ef\u89c4\u5219\u540e\uff0c\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u8fbe\u5230\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u89c4\u5219\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4f7f\u66f4\u591a\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7RCEP\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u79ef\u7d2f\u89c4\u5219\u4eab\u53d7\u5173\u7a0e\u4f18\u60e0\uff1b\u2461\u7b80\u5316\u4e86\u6d77\u5173\u901a\u5173\u624b\u7eed\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u9884\u88c1\u5b9a\u3001\u63d0\u524d\u7533\u62a5\u3001\u4fe1\u606f\u6280\u672f\u8fd0\u7528\u7b49\u624b\u6bb5\u4fc3\u8fdb\u6d77\u5173\u653e\u884c\u9ad8\u6548\u529e\u7406\uff1b\u2462\u9f13\u52b1\u533a\u57df\u5185\u5404\u65b9\u6807\u51c6\u3001\u6280\u672f\u6cd5\u89c4\u548c\u5408\u683c\u8bc4\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u7edf\u4e00\uff0c\u52a0\u5f3a\u76f8\u5173\u4ea4\u6d41\u4e0e\u5408\u4f5c\u7b49\u3002\u5728\u5404\u7c7b\u63aa\u65bd\u4e0d\u65ad\u843d\u5b9e\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u9884\u89c1\u533a\u57df\u5185\u8d27\u7269\u6d41\u52a8\u589e\u52a0\u3001\u533a\u57df\u5185\u5546\u54c1\u6210\u672c\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u533a\u57df\u5185\u8d38\u6613\u66f4\u52a0\u6d3b\u8dc3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u5728\u4fc3\u8fdb\u6295\u8d44\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6839\u636eRCEP\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u5e94\u5f53\u52aa\u529b\u4fc3\u8fdb\u548c\u63d0\u9ad8\u672c\u5730\u533a\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6295\u8d44\u5730\u533a\u7684\u8ba4\u77e5\u3002\u9f13\u52b1\u6210\u5458\u65b9\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u6295\u8d44\uff0c\u5341\u4e94\u4e2a\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u627f\u8bfa\u5747\u91c7\u7528\u8d1f\u9762\u6e05\u5355\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5bf9\u5f85\u5916\u5546\u6295\u8d44\uff0c\u5373\u8d1f\u9762\u6e05\u5355\u6240\u5217\u7279\u5b9a\u884c\u4e1a\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u5916\u5546\u6295\u8d44\u884c\u4e3a\u5c06\u4e0d\u518d\u53d7\u9650\u4e8e\u4e0d\u540c\u4e8e\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u56fd\u5185\u6295\u8d44\u884c\u4e3a\u7684\u989d\u5916\u5ba1\u6279\u3002RCEP\u534f\u8bae\u9f13\u52b1\u5546\u4e1a\u914d\u5bf9\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u548c\u652f\u6301\u4e0e\u6295\u8d44\u673a\u4f1a\u3001\u6295\u8d44\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u89c4\u53ca\u653f\u7b56\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4f1a\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4fe1\u606f\u4ea4\u6d41\u3001\u6280\u672f\u4ea4\u6d41\uff0c\u8fdb\u800c\u63d0\u9ad8\u6211\u56fd\u5316\u5de5\u884c\u4e1a\u6280\u672f\u6c34\u5e73\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
