\u201c\u9774\u5b50\u201d\u7ec8\u4e8e\u843d\u5730\uff0c\u4eca\u5e741\u67081\u65e5RCEP\u6b63\u5f0f\u751f\u6548\u5b9e\u65bd\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u89c4\u6a21\u6700\u5927\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u534f\u5b9a\u5c31\u6b64\u8bde\u751f\uff0c\u5404\u56fd\u5236\u9020\u4e1a\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u5c06\u8fce\u6765\u65b0\u673a\u9047\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f17\u6240\u5468\u77e5\uff0c\u5728RCEP\u6846\u67b6\u5185\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u7b2c\u4e00\u5236\u9020\u4e1a\u5f3a\u56fd\uff0c\u5176\u6b21\u662f\u65e5\u672c\u548c\u97e9\u56fd\uff0c\u4e09\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u52a0\u8d77\u6765\u7684\u5de5\u4e1a\u4ea7\u503c\u5168\u7403\u5360\u6bd4\u8d85\u8fc750%\u3002\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u4e1c\u76df\u5236\u9020\u4e1a\u4e5f\u51ed\u501f\u81ea\u8eab\u4f18\u52bf\u5f97\u5230\u5feb\u901f\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7RCEP\u7684\u52a0\u6301\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u2014\u4e1c\u76df\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u66f4\u52a0\u7d27\u5bc6\u7684\u7ecf\u8d38\u5408\u4f5c\u5173\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u636e\u4e2d\u56fd\u5de5\u4e1a\u548c\u4fe1\u606f\u5316\u90e8\u8fd0\u884c\u76d1\u6d4b\u534f\u8c03\u5c40\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba\u4f55\u4e9a\u743c\u4ecb\u7ecd\uff0cRCEP\u901a\u8fc7\u5173\u7a0e\u7684\u51cf\u8ba9\u3001\u7edf\u4e00\u7684\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u89c4\u5219\u548c\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u4fbf\u5229\u5316\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4f1a\u4fc3\u8fdb\u533a\u57df\u5185\u7684\u4ea7\u4e1a\u94fe\u548c\u4f9b\u5e94\u94fe\u66f4\u52a0\u7d27\u5bc6\u7684\u878d\u5408\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u5236\u9020\u4e1a\u8fc8\u5411\u4e2d\u9ad8\u7aef\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5951\u673a\u548c\u6709\u529b\u6293\u624b\uff0c\u4e5f\u6210\u4e3aRCEP\u5176\u4ed6\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u8fc8\u5411\u9ad8\u8d28\u91cf\u53d1\u5c55\u4e00\u4e2a\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5e73\u53f0\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div
