\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u6d4e\u5357\u3001\u9752\u5c9b\u6d77\u5173\u7edf\u8ba1\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a\uff0c2022\u5e74\uff0c\u5c71\u4e1c\u7701\u5bf9RCEP\u5176\u4ed6\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e31.27\u4e07\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u6bd42021\u5e74\u589e\u957f23.9%\uff0c\u8f83\u5168\u7701\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u6574\u4f53\u589e\u901f\u9ad810.1\u4e2a\u767e\u5206\u70b9\uff0c\u5360\u5168\u7701\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u603b\u503c\u768438.3%\uff0c\u63d0\u53473.1\u4e2a\u767e\u5206\u70b9\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u51fa\u53e37455.6\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u589e\u957f24.7%;\u8fdb\u53e35293.5\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u589e\u957f22.8%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5177\u4f53\u770b\uff0c\u5c71\u4e1c\u7701\u5bf9RCEP\u5176\u4ed6\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u8d38\u6613\u5448\u73b0\u5982\u4e0b\u7279\u70b9\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e00\u662f\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u6bd4\u91cd\u7a33\u6b65\u63d0\u5347\u30021-4\u5b63\u5ea6\uff0c\u5c71\u4e1c\u7701\u5bf9RCEP\u5176\u4ed6\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u5360\u540c\u671f\u5c71\u4e1c\u7701\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u603b\u503c\u7684\u6bd4\u91cd\u5206\u522b\u4e3a35.8%\u300138.1%\u300138.7%\u548c39.9%\uff0c\u9010\u5b63\u7a33\u6b65\u63d0\u5347\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c12\u6708\u4efd\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e31352.8\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u589e\u957f33%\uff0c\u521b\u5bf9\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u5355\u6708\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u503c\u5e74\u5185\u6700\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e8c\u662f\u8d38\u6613\u5f80\u6765\u6d3b\u8dc3\u30022022\u5e74\uff0c\u5c71\u4e1c\u7701\u5bf9RCEP\u5176\u4ed6\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u4e2d\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u6b63\u589e\u957f\u7684\u670912\u4e2a\uff0c\u589e\u901f\u8d85\u8fc7\u4e24\u4f4d\u6570\u7684\u67098\u4e2a\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u97e9\u56fd\u3001\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u662f\u5c71\u4e1c\u7701\u5bf9RCEP\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u8d38\u6613\u4f19\u4f34\u56fd\u7684\u524d3\u4f4d\uff0c\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u503c\u5206\u522b\u4e3a2783.3\u4ebf\u30012740.8\u4ebf\u30011922.7\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u589e\u957f3.6%\u300185.8%\u30015.8%\uff0c\u5408\u8ba1\u5360\u5f53\u5e74\u5c71\u4e1c\u7701\u5bf9RCEP\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u603b\u503c\u768458.4%\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5bf9\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u3001\u7f05\u7538\u3001\u67ec\u57d4\u5be8\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u8fc5\u901f\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u589e\u901f\u5206\u522b\u4e3a105.5%\u300158.2%\u548c55.5%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e09\u662f\u8d38\u6613\u81ea\u4e3b\u6027\u9ad8\u30022022\u5e74\uff0c\u5c71\u4e1c\u7701\u5bf9RCEP\u5176\u4ed6\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u4ee5\u4e00\u822c\u8d38\u6613\u65b9\u5f0f\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e38189.4\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u589e\u957f17.7%\uff0c\u536064.2%\u3002\u540c\u671f\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u7a0e\u7269\u6d41\u65b9\u5f0f\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e32404.3\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u589e\u957f92.5%;\u4ee5\u52a0\u5de5\u8d38\u6613\u65b9\u5f0f\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e31593.6\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u589e\u957f3.2%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u56db\u662f\u4ea7\u4e1a\u5408\u4f5c\u589e\u5f3a\u30022022\u5e74\uff0c\u5c71\u4e1c\u7701\u5bf9RCEP\u5176\u4ed6\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u4e2d\u95f4\u4ea7\u54c18333.6\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u589e\u957f26.3%\uff0c\u5360\u5f53\u5e74\u6211\u7701\u5bf9RCEP\u5176\u4ed6\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u603b\u503c\u768465.4%\uff0c\u6bd4\u91cd\u8f832021\u5e74\u63d0\u53471.3\u4e2a\u767e\u5206\u70b9\u3002\u4ece\u4e3b\u8981\u5546\u54c1\u770b\uff0c\u51fa\u53e3\u673a\u7535\u4ea7\u54c1\u3001\u52b3\u52a8\u5bc6\u96c6\u578b\u5546\u54c1\u5206\u522b\u589e\u957f26.6%\u548c33.8%\uff0c\u5408\u8ba1\u5360\u51fa\u53e3\u603b\u503c\u768461.2%\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u7535\u5b50\u5143\u4ef6\u3001\u6e38\u620f\u673a\u53ca\u5176\u96f6\u9644\u4ef6\u3001\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u6c60\u51fa\u53e3\u5206\u522b\u589e\u957f43.1%\u300138.3%\u548c68.7%\u3002\u6211\u7701\u81eaRCEP\u5176\u4ed6\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u8fdb\u53e3\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e2d\uff0c\u539f\u6cb9\u3001\u673a\u7535\u4ea7\u54c1\u3001\u91d1\u5c5e\u77ff\u53ca\u77ff\u7802\u5206\u522b\u536025.7%\u300121.7%\u300114%;\u80fd\u6e90\u4ea7\u54c1\u8fdb\u53e3\u589e\u957f\u8f83\u5feb\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u539f\u6cb9\u589e\u957f\u4e24\u500d\uff0c\u7164\u70ad\u589e\u957f31%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e94\u662f\u6c11\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a\u8868\u73b0\u4eae\u773c\u30022022\u5e74\uff0c\u5c71\u4e1c\u7701\u6c11\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a\u3001\u5916\u5546\u6295\u8d44\u4f01\u4e1a\u3001\u56fd\u6709\u4f01\u4e1a\u5206\u522b\u5bf9RCEP\u5176\u4ed6\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e39527.8\u4ebf\u30012321.3\u4ebf\u548c894.1\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u589e\u957f33.5%\u30012.7%\u548c2.3%\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6c11\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a\u589e\u901f\u6700\u5feb\uff0c\u5360\u6bd4\u63d0\u53475.3\u4e2a\u767e\u5206\u70b9\u81f374.7%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e0eRCEP\u8d38\u6613\u4f19\u4f34\u7684\u7ecf\u8d38\u5173\u7cfb\u6709\u7740\u575a\u5b9e\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u548c\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u6f5c\u529b\uff0c\u6d77\u5173\u5341\u5206\u91cd\u89c6RCEP\u4f18\u60e0\u653f\u7b56\u5728\u5c71\u4e1c\u7684\u843d\u5730\u89c1\u6548\u30022022\u5e74\uff0c\u6d4e\u5357\u6d77\u5173\u3001\u9752\u5c9b\u6d77\u5173\u548c\u5c71\u4e1c\u7701\u8d38\u4fc3\u4f1a\u5171\u7b7e\u53d1RCEP\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u8bc1\u4e66\u8d8515\u4
