class=\"wp-element-caption\">\u5929\u6d25\u56db\u5b63\u9152\u5e97\u603b\u7ecf\u7406\u5b89\u4e1c\u5c3c\u00b7\u5409\u5c14\uff08\u53f3\uff09\u68c0\u67e5\u9910\u5385\u5907\u9910\u60c5\u51b5\uff086\u670814\u65e5\u6444\uff09\u3002\u65b0\u534e\u793e\u53d1<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u9664\u9910\u5385\u5916\uff0c\u9152\u5e97\u5ba2\u623f\u7684\u8ba2\u5355\u4e5f\u8868\u73b0\u4eae\u773c\u3002\u9152\u5e97\u540e\u53f0\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u6765\u81eaRCEP\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u5982\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u97e9\u56fd\u3001\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7b49\u5730\u7684\u5546\u52a1\u5dee\u65c5\u4f4f\u5bbf\u66f4\u52a0\u9891\u7e41\u3002\u201c\u5927\u5bb6\u6765\u5929\u6d25\u6d3d\u8c08\u5546\u52a1\u5408\u4f5c\u3001\u6316\u6398\u751f\u610f\u673a\u4f1a\uff0c\u4e5f\u5e26\u52a8\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u9152\u5e97\u7684\u751f\u610f\u3002\u201d\u5409\u5c14\u8bf4\u3002\u4eca\u5e746\u6708\uff0c\u9152\u5e97\u5ba2\u623f\u9884\u8ba2\u91cf\u540c\u6bd4\u53bb\u5e74\u589e\u957f150%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RCEP\u662f\u5168\u7403\u6700\u5927\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u534f\u5b9a\uff0c\u5728\u4fc3\u8fdb\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6280\u672f\u5408\u4f5c\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u53d1\u6325\u7740\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u30026\u67082\u65e5\uff0cRCEP\u5bf9\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u6b63\u5f0f\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u8fd9\u6807\u5fd7\u7740RCEP\u5bf915\u4e2a\u7b7e\u7f72\u56fd\u5168\u9762\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u8fdb\u5165\u5168\u9762\u5b9e\u65bd\u65b0\u9636\u6bb5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6b64\u540e\uff0c\u533a\u57df\u518590%\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u8d38\u6613\u5c06\u6700\u7ec8\u5b9e\u73b0\u96f6\u5173\u7a0e\uff0c\u6781\u5927\u964d\u4f4e\u4f01\u4e1a\u8d38\u6613\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u533a\u57df\u5185\u56fd\u5bb6\u95f4\u8d27\u7269\u3001\u670d\u52a1\u3001\u8d44\u672c\u3001\u6280\u672f\u7b49\u8d44\u6e90\u8981\u7d20\u6d41\u52a8\u66f4\u52a0\u4fbf\u5229\u81ea\u7531\uff0c\u533a\u57df\u4e00\u4f53\u5316\u5927\u5e02\u573a\u4e5f\u5c06\u52a0\u5feb\u5f62\u6210\uff0c\u63a8\u52a8\u533a\u57df\u7ecf\u6d4e\u66f4\u52a0\u7e41\u8363\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2020\u5e7411\u670815\u65e5\uff0c\u4e1c\u76df10\u56fd\u548c\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u97e9\u56fd\u3001\u65b0\u897f\u5170\u5171\u540c\u7b7e\u7f72RCEP\uff0c\u5e76\u63a8\u52a8\u534f\u5b9a\u4e8e2022\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u6b63\u5f0f\u751f\u6548\u3002RCEP\u533a\u57df\u603b\u4eba\u53e3\u3001GDP\u603b\u503c\u3001\u8d27\u7269\u8d38\u6613\u91d1\u989d\u5747\u5360\u5168\u7403\u6bd4\u91cd\u7ea630%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RCEP\u89c4\u5219\u8574\u85cf\u7684\u6f5c\u529b\u8ba9\u4e0d\u5c11\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u7ecf\u8425\u751f\u610f\u7684\u5916\u5546\u770b\u5230\u673a\u9047\uff0c\u5171\u4eabRCEP\u5168\u9762\u751f\u6548\u7684\u201c\u5927\u86cb\u7cd5\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-element-caption\">\u8fd9\u662fSMC\uff08\u5929\u6d25\uff09\u5236\u9020\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u751f\u4ea7\u7ebf\u3002\u65b0\u534e\u793e\u53d1<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u6765\u81ea\u97e9\u56fd\u7684\u827e\u7279\u7f8e\uff08\u5929\u6d25\uff09\u673a\u68b0\u8bbe\u5907\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u8463\u4e8b\u957f\u7533\u94f6\u690d\u6b63\u5728\u76d8\u7b97\u7740\u4eca\u5e74\u53ef\u80fd\u843d\u888b\u7684\u4eab\u60e0\u7ea2\u5229\u3002\u201c\u53bb\u5e74\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u9500\u552e\u989d\u4e0d\u52302000\u4e07\u5143\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\uff0c\u4eca\u5e74\u53e0\u52a0RCEP\u5168\u9762\u751f\u6548\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u9500\u552e\u989d\u6709\u671b\u7a81\u78345000\u4e07\u5143\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\u3002\u201d55\u5c81\u7684\u7533\u94f6\u690d\u7709\u5b87\u95f4\u6d41\u9732\u51fa\u5174\u594b\u4e0e\u5f00\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2002\u5e74\uff0c\u7533\u94f6\u690d\u5728\u5929\u6d25\u521b\u7acb\u4e86\u827e\u7279\u7f8e\uff08\u5929\u6d25\uff09\u673a\u68b0\u8bbe\u5907\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u4ece\u4e8b\u6c34\u5904\u7406\u8bbe\u5907\u548c\u76f8\u5173\u914d\u4ef6\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u9500\u552e\u4e1a\u52a1\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u670d\u52a1\u4e2d\u56fd\u672c\u571f\u4f01\u4e1a\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u4e5f\u6709\u5927\u91cf\u4ea7\u54c1\u51fa\u53e3\u5230\u97e9\u56fd\u3001\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u3001\u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a\u7b49\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u4e92\u60e0\u4e92\u5229\u3002\u201d\u7533\u94f6\u690d\u8bf4\uff0c\u201cRCEP\u5168\u9762\u751f\u6548\u5b9e\u65bd\u540e\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u51fa\u53e3\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u7684\u8bbe\u5907\u5c06\u4eab\u53d7\u5173\u7a0e\u51cf\u514d\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u7ea2\u5229\uff0c\u5ba2\u6237\u8d2d\u4e70\u6211\u4eec\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u6210\u672c\u4e5f\u968f\u4e4b\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u4ea7\u54c1\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u63d0\u5347\u3002\u8fd9\u5c06\u5e2e\u52a9\u516c\u53f8\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5f00\u62d3RCEP\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u5bb6\u7b49\u65b0\u5e02\u573a\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e3b\u8981\u4ece\u4e8b\u5de5\u4e1a\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u9ad8\u7aef\u88c5\u5907\u6838\u5fc3\u96f6\u90e8\u4ef6\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u65e5\u8d44\u4f01\u4e1aSMC\u4e2d\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\u540c\u6837\u611f\u5230\u632f\u594b\u3002\u81ea1994\u5e74\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u624e\u6839\u4ee5\u6765\uff0cSMC\u4e2d\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\u9646\u7eed\u5728\u5317\u4eac\u3001\u5e7f\u5dde\u3001\u5929\u6d25\u8bbe\u5382\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u4e00\u76f4\u975e\u5e38\u5173\u6ce8RCEP\u7b7e\u7f72\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002\u201dSMC\u6295\u8d44\u7ba1\u7406\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u603b\u7ecf\u7406\u9a6c\u6e05\u6d77\u8bf4\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u4e0d\u5c11\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u8d27\u7269\u6765\u81eaRCEP\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u3002RCEP\u5168\u9762\u751f\u6548\u540e\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u6c14\u52a8\u5143\u5668\u4ef6\u4ea7\u54c1\u5c06\u66f4\u6709\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u3002\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u65e2\u80fd\u4e3aRCEP\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u7684\u5de5\u4e1a\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u4ea7\u4e1a\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u591a\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u62c9\u52a8\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u914d\u5957\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u4e00\u8d77\u4eab\u53d7\u8be5\u534f\u5b9a\u7684\u4f18\u60e0\u4fbf\u5229\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n<div
