\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>6\u67082\u65e5\uff0c\u300a\u533a\u57df\u5168\u9762\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f19\u4f34\u5173\u7cfb\u534f\u5b9a\u300b\uff08RCEP\uff09\u5bf9\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u6b63\u5f0f\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u6807\u5fd7\u7740RCEP\u5bf9\u4e1c\u76df10\u56fd\u548c\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u97e9\u56fd\u3001\u65b0\u897f\u5170\u7b4915\u4e2a\u7b7e\u7f72\u56fd\u5168\u9762\u751f\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u81eaRCEP\u4e8e2022\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u6b63\u5f0f\u751f\u6548\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u5404\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u4ea6\u4ece\u4e2d\u53d7\u76ca\u30022022\u5e74\uff0c\u67ec\u57d4\u5be8\u4e0eRCEP\u5176\u4ed6\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u8d38\u6613\u989d\u8fbe310\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u540c\u6bd4\u589e\u957f\u8fbe4%\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u5916\u8d38\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u5b9e\u73b0\u7a33\u6b65\u589e\u957f\u30022022\u5e74\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u8d27\u7269\u8d38\u6613\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u603b\u503c42.07\u4e07\u4ebf\u5143\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\uff0c\u9996\u6b21\u7a81\u783440\u4e07\u4ebf\u5143\u5173\u53e3\u3002\u4eca\u5e741~5\u6708\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5916\u8d38\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5ef6\u7eed\u7a33\u4e2d\u5411\u597d\u52bf\u5934\uff0c\u603b\u503c\u8fbe\u523016.77\u4e07\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u540c\u6bd4\u589e\u957f4.7%\u3002RCEP\u5bf9\u6240\u6709\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u7684\u5168\u9762\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5168\u7403\u6700\u5927\u81ea\u8d38\u533a\u8fdb\u5165\u5168\u9762\u5b9e\u65bd\u65b0\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u5c06\u7115\u53d1\u51fa\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u52a8\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RCEP\u662f\u5f53\u4eca\u4e16\u754c\u8986\u76d6\u4eba\u53e3\u6570\u91cf\u6700\u591a\u3001\u6210\u5458\u7ed3\u6784\u6700\u591a\u5143\u3001\u53d1\u5c55\u6f5c\u529b\u6700\u5927\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u533a\uff0c15\u4e2a\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u603b\u4eba\u53e3\u3001\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f53\u91cf\u3001\u8d38\u6613\u603b\u989d\u5747\u5360\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u7ea630%\u3002\u968f\u7740RCEP\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u9010\u6b65\u843d\u5b9e\u964d\u4f4e\u5173\u7a0e\u3001\u5f00\u653e\u5e02\u573a\u548c\u51cf\u5c11\u6807\u51c6\u58c1\u5792\u7b49\u627f\u8bfa\uff0c\u533a\u57df\u5185\u7ecf\u8d38\u5173\u7cfb\u4e0d\u65ad\u6df1\uff0c\u591a\u6570\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\u6f5c\u529b\u6301\u7eed\u91ca\u653e\uff0c\u5c06\u4e3a\u63d0\u632f\u4e9a\u6d32\u533a\u57df\u8d38\u6613\u8d21\u732e\u529b\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u662f\u4e9a\u6d32\u5730\u533a\u6700\u5927\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f53\uff0c\u5728\u63a8\u52a8RCEP\u533a\u57df\u8d38\u6613\u53d1\u5c55\u65b9\u9762\u53d1\u6325\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u30022022\u5e74\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bf9RCEP\u5176\u4ed614\u4e2a\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e312.95\u4e07\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u589e\u957f7.5%\uff0c\u5360\u4e2d\u56fd\u5916\u8d38\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u603b\u503c\u768430.8%\u3002\u4eca\u5e741~5\u6708\uff0c\u8be5\u9879\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u6570\u636e\u8fbe\u52305.11\u4e07\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u540c\u6bd4\u589e\u957f4.3%\uff0c\u5728\u540c\u671f\u4e2d\u56fd\u5916\u8d38\u603b\u503c\u4e2d\u7684\u5360\u6bd4\u4e3a30.5%\u3002RCEP\u6b63\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u5916\u8d38\u4e2d\u626e\u6f14\u7740\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u5f3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e0e\u533a\u57df\u5185\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u7ecf\u8d38\u5f80\u6765\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u63a8\u52a8\u533a\u57df\u5185\u8d38\u6613\u589e\u957f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6784\u6210\uff0c\u4e2d\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u662f\u5916\u8d38\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u5173\u952e\u529b\u91cf\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u5f97\u76ca\u4e8eRCEP\u5bf9\u6d77\u5173\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7684\u7b80\u5316\u548c\u8d38\u6613\u4fbf\u5229\u5316\u7684\u63d0\u5347\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u533a\u57df\u5185\u8d27\u7269\u8d38\u6613\u5173\u7a0e\u7684\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u4e2d\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u5f00\u62d3\u56fd\u9645\u5e02\u573a\u5c06\u8fce\u6765\u66f4\u5e7f\u9614\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u4e3a\u5916\u8d38\u7684\u7a33\u5065\u53d1\u5c55\u5e26\u6765\u65b0\u7684\u589e\u957f\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9996\u5148\u662f\u6d77\u5173\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7b80\u5316\uff0c\u8d27\u7269\u901a\u5173\u6548\u7387\u663e\u8457\u63d0\u5347\u3002RCEP\u91cd\u89c6\u4e2d\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u5728\u4fc3\u8fdb\u7ecf\u6d4e\u589e\u957f\u4e0a\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u8d21\u732e\uff0c\u4e0d\u65ad\u4e3a\u4e2d\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u521b\u9020\u826f\u597d\u7684\u533a\u57df\u8425\u5546\u73af\u5883\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u9884\u88c1\u5b9a\u3001\u63d0\u524d\u7533\u62a5\u3001\u88c5\u8fd0\u524d\u68c0\u9a8c\u8bc1\u4e66\u5236\u5ea6\u7b49\u63aa\u65bd\uff0cRCEP\u6709\u6548\u7b80\u5316\u6d77\u5173\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u8d27\u7269\u901a\u5173\u63d0\u901f\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u4e2d\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u66f4\u52a0\u9ad8\u6548\u5730\u53c2\u4e0e\u533a\u57df\u4f9b\u5e94\u94fe\u548c\u4ef7\u503c\u94fe\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5176\u6b21\u662f\u5173\u7a0e\u5927\u5e45\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u4f01\u4e1a\u533a\u57df\u8d38\u6613\u6210\u672c\u4e0b\u964d\u3002RCEP\u5b9e\u65bd\u7684\u533a\u57df\u5185\u8d27\u7269\u8d38\u6613\u5173\u7a0e\u51cf\u8ba9\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5e2e\u52a9\u4e2d\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u964d\u4f4e\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u6210\u672c\u3002\u6839\u636eRCEP\u534f\u5b9a\uff0c\u533a\u57df\u518590%\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u8d38\u6613\u5c06\u6700\u7ec8\u5b9e\u73b0\u96f6\u5173\u7a0e\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7acb\u523b\u964d\u7a0e\u5230\u96f6\u548c10\u5e74\u5185\u964d\u7a0e\u5230\u96f6\uff0c\u6709\u5229\u4e8e\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e2d\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u51fa\u6d77\u79ef\u6781\u6027\u3002\u673a\u6784\u8c03\u7814\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u81eaRCEP\u751f\u6548\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u5411\u8be5\u533a\u57df\u56fd\u5bb6\u51fa\u53e3\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e2d\u5c0f\u5fae\u5916\u8d38\u4f01\u4e1a\u6570\u548c\u6536\u6b3e\u91cf\u5b9e\u73b0\u53cc\u589e\u957f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6700\u540e\u662f\u6d88\u8d39\u610f\u613f\u589e\u5f3a\uff0c\u533a\u57df\u5e02\u573a\u7a7a\u95f4\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u6253\u5f00\u3002RCEP\u5173\u7a0e\u964d\u4f4e\u4e5f\u8ba9\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u4eab\u53d7\u5230\u66f4\u5b9e\u60e0\u7684\u5546\u54c1\u8fdb\u53e3\u4ef7\u683c\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u63d0\u5347\u8d2d\u4e70\u529b\uff0c\u4e2d\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u5f97\u4ee5\u5f00\u62d3\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u6d88\u8d39\u5e02\u573a\u3002\u4f46\u968f\u4e4b\u800c\u6765\u5bf9\u9012\u9001\u901f\u5ea6\u7684\u9ad8\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4e5f\u5bf9\u4e2d\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u8de8\u5883\u8d27\u7269\u6d3e\u9001\u65b9\u5f0f\u5e26\u6765\u6311\u6218\u3002\u4e2d\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e9f\u987b\u4e13\u4e1a\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u8de8\u5883\u7269\u6d41\u4f19\u4f34\uff0c\u4ee5\u52a9\u529b\u5176\u628a\u63e1\u533a\u57df\u8d38\u6613\u589e\u957f\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u5e7f\u9614\u673a\u9047\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u53ef\u4ee5\u9884\u89c1\uff0cRCEP\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5c06\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u63a8\u52a8\u4e2d\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u84ec\u52c3\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u533a\u57df\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7684\u7e41\u8363\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c06\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u53c2\u4e0e\u56fd\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u533a\u7684\u591a\u4e2a\u4ea7\u4e1a\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u7d27\u5bc6\u7684\u8054\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6765\u6e90\uff1a\u4e2d\u56fd\u90ae\u653f\u5feb\u9012\u62a5<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>6\u67082\u65e5\uff0c\u300a\u533a\u57df\u5168\u9762\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f19\u4f34\u5173\u7cfb\u534f\u5b9a\u300b\uff08RCEP\uff09\u5bf9\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u6b63\u5f0f\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u6807\u5fd7\u7740RCEP\u5bf9\u4e1c\u76df10\u56fd\u548c\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd
