class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u662f\u6307\u4ea7\u54c1\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u975e\u539f\u4ea7\u6750\u6599\u8fdb\u884c\u751f\u4ea7\u65f6\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u533a\u57df\u589e\u503c\u6bd4\u4f8b\u8fbe\u523040%\u4fbf\u53ef\u83b7\u5f97\u539f\u4ea7\u8d44\u683c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728RCEP\u534f\u5b9a\u4e2d\uff0c\u8ba1\u7b97\u533a\u57df\u4ef7\u503c\u6210\u5206\u6709\u4e24\u79cd\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u662f\u6263\u51cf\u6cd5\u548c\u7d2f\u52a0\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div \u662f\u6307RCEP\u534f\u5b9a\u6587\u672c\u7b2c\u4e09\u7ae0\u7b2c\u4e00\u6761(\u5b9a\u4e49)\u7b2c(\u4e94)\u9879\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684FOB\u4ef7\u503cVNM \u662f\u6307\u7528\u4e8e\u751f\u4ea7\u8be5\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u975e\u539f\u4ea7\u6750\u6599\u4ef7\u503c\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">VOM \u662f\u6307\u83b7\u5f97\u6216\u81ea\u884c\u751f\u4ea7\u5e76\u7528\u4e8e\u751f\u4ea7\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u539f\u4ea7\u6750\u6599\u3001\u90e8\u4ef6\u6216\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u76f4\u63a5\u4eba\u5de5\u6210\u672c\u5305\u62ec\u5de5\u8d44\u3001\u85aa\u916c\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u5458\u5de5\u798f\u5229:\u5e76\u4e14\u76f4\u63a5\u7ecf\u8425\u8d39\u7528\u6210\u672c\u662f\u6307\u7ecf\u8425\u7684\u603b\u4f53\u8d39\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 <strong>\u6848\u4f8b\u7b80\u4ecb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4f8b\u5982:\u6df1\u5733\u67d0\u79d1\u6280\u516c\u53f8\u751f\u4ea7\u4e00\u6279\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u8868 (HS851762)\u51fa\u53e3\u81f3\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\uff0c\u5176FOB\u4ef7\u683c\u4e3a135\u5143\/\u53ea\u8be5\u4ea7\u54c1\u6210\u672c\u660e\u7ec6\u5355\u5982\u4e0b\uff0c\u95ee\u8be5\u4ea7\u54c1\u662f\u5426\u6ee1\u8db3RCEP\u539f\u4ea7\u8d44\u683c?\u80fd\u5426\u529e\u7406RCEP\u534f\u5b9a\u9879\u4e0b\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u8bc1\u4e66?<\/p>\n\n\n<div <strong>\u6848\u4f8b\u5206\u6790<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7531\u4e8e\u8be5\u6279\u8461\u8404\u6c7d\u9152\u5728\u751f\u4ea7\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u8fdb\u53e3\u539f\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u9700\u8981\u901a\u8fc7\u67e5\u9605RCEP\u300a\u4ea7\u54c1\u7279\u5b9a\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u89c4\u5219\u300b\u6765\u786e\u5b9a\u8be5\u8461\u8404\u6c7d\u9152\u6240\u9002\u7528\u7684\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u5224\u5b9a\u6807\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7531\u4e8e\u4ea7\u54c1\u5728\u751f\u4ea7\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u8fdb\u53e3\u539f\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u9700\u8981\u4f7f\u7528RCEP\u300a\u4ea7\u54c1\u7279\u5b9a\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u89c4\u5219\u300b\u8fdb\u884c\u5224\u5b9a\uff0c\u7ecf\u67e5\u8be2\uff0c\u8be5\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u8868(HS:851762) \u6240\u9002\u7528\u7684\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u5224\u5b9a\u6807\u51c6\u4e4b\u4e00\u4e3a\u533a\u57df\u4ef7\u503c\u6210\u520640\u3002\u6839\u636e\u533a\u57df\u4ef7\u503c\u6210\u5206\u7684\u8ba1\u7b97\u516c\u5f0f\uff0c\u6709\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e24\u79cd\u8ba1\u7b97\u65b9\u5f0f\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.\u4f7f\u7528\u6263\u51cf\u6cd5\u8ba1\u7b97<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RVC=(135-1.75-0.3-1-0.4-0.3-0.01-0.3-0.3-0.3-0.4-0.3)\/135*100%=96.03&gt;40%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.\u4f7f\u7528\u7d2f\u52a0\u6cd5\u8ba1\u7b97<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RVC=(22+32+12+1.6+1.6+1.5+3.8+1+54.14)\/135*100%=96.03&gt;40%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4ece\u4ee5\u4e0a\u4e24\u79cd\u8ba1\u7b97\u7ed3\u679c\u53ef\u77e5\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u4f7f\u7528\u6263\u51cf\u6cd5\u8fd8\u662f\u7d2f\u52a0\u6cd5\u8fdb\u884c\u8ba1\u7b97\uff0c\u533a\u57df\u4ef7\u503c\u6210\u5206\u5747\u4e3a96.03%\uff0c\u5927\u4e8e40%\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8fd9\u6279\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u8868\u53ef\u4ee5\u5224\u5b9a\u4e3a\u7b26\u5408RCEP\u539f\u4ea7\u8d44\u683c\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u529e\u7406RCEP\u534f\u5b9a\u9879\u4e0b\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u8bc1\u4e66\u6765\u4eab\u53d7RCEP\u5173\u7a0e\u4f18\u60e0\u5f85\u9047\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 <strong>\u63d0\u793a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5f53\u4f01\u4e1a\u4f7f\u7528\u533a\u57df\u4ef7\u503c\u6210\u5206\u89c4\u5219\u8fdb\u884c\u8d27\u7269\u539f\u4ea7\u8d44\u683c\u5224\u5b9a\u65f6\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u5efa\u8bae\u4f7f\u7528\u6263\u51cf\u6cd5\u3002\u4f01\u4e1a\u53ef\u4ee5\u6839\u636e\u81ea\u8eab\u60c5\u51b5\u53bb\u9009\u62e9\u9002\u7528\u7684\u8ba1\u7b97\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5546\u54c1\u533a\u57df\u4ef7\u503c\u6210\u5206\u8ba1\u7b97\u7684\u51c6\u786e\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
