\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u859b\u5e73\u770b\u6765\uff0c\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0cRCEP\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5173\u7a0e\u51cf\u8ba9\u3001\u5e02\u573a\u51c6\u5165\u7b49\u653f\u7b56\u6709\u5229\u4e8e\u6269\u5927\u6211\u56fd\u79cd\u4e1a\u7684\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u89c4\u6a21\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u56fd\u9645\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0cRCEP\u6846\u67b6\u4e0b\u7684\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u4fdd\u62a4\u6761\u6b3e\u5c06\u4fc3\u4f7f\u6211\u56fd\u79cd\u4e1a\u4f01\u4e1a\u52a0\u5927\u80b2\u79cd\u521b\u65b0\u6295\u5165\uff0c\u57f9\u80b2\u66f4\u591a\u5177\u6709\u81ea\u4e3b\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u7684\u4f18\u826f\u54c1\u79cd\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0cRCEP\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u7ade\u4e89\u4e5f\u5c06\u52a0\u5267\uff0c\u5bf9\u6211\u56fd\u79cd\u4e1a\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u751f\u5b58\u548c\u53d1\u5c55\u6784\u6210\u6311\u6218\u3002\u6211\u56fd\u662f\u5168\u7403\u6700\u5927\u7684\u79cd\u4e1a\u5e02\u573a\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u9752\u5c9b\u4e5f\u63d0\u51fa\u6253\u9020\u201c\u56fd\u9645\u79cd\u90fd\u201d\u3001\u201c\u4e16\u754c\u4e00\u6d41\u84dd\u8272\u79cd\u4e1a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u201d\u7684\u6218\u7565\u6784\u60f3\uff0c\u5927\u529b\u5b9e\u65bd\u73b0\u4ee3\u79cd\u4e1a\u63d0\u5347\u5de5\u7a0b\uff0c\u529b\u56fe\u56f4\u7ed5\u5236\u5ea6\u521b\u65b0\u3001\u5e73\u53f0\u642d\u5efa\u3001\u4f01\u4e1a\u6276\u4f18\u3001\u56fd\u9645\u5408\u4f5c\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u521b\u65b0\u7a81\u7834\u3002\u4f46\u5ba2\u89c2\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u9752\u5c9b\u5e02\u79cd\u4e1a\u53d1\u5c55\u4ecd\u9762\u4e34\u80b2\u79cd\u521b\u65b0\u80fd\u529b\u4e0d\u591f\u5f3a\u3001\u79cd\u4e1a\u79d1\u6280\u521b\u65b0\u4f53\u7cfb\u4e0d\u5065\u5168\u3001\u79cd\u8d28\u8d44\u6e90\u4fdd\u62a4\u5229\u7528\u4e0d\u591f\u3001\u54c1\u79cd\u4f9b\u9700\u7ed3\u6784\u6027\u77db\u76fe\u7a81\u51fa\u3001\u4f18\u826f\u54c1\u79cd\u63a8\u5e7f\u96be\u5ea6\u5927\u7b49\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7ed3\u5408RCEP\u5404\u56fd\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u548c\u53d1\u5c55\u8d8b\u52bf\uff0c\u805a\u7126\u5982\u4f55\u4f7f\u9752\u5c9b\u5e02\u79cd\u4e1a\u53d1\u5c55\u6218\u7565\u76ee\u6807\u5b9e\u8d28\u843d\u5730\uff0c\u859b\u5e73\u5efa\u8bae\u201c\u62ff\u6765\u201d\u8d44\u6e90\u501f\u529b\u4e0e\u672c\u5730\u4f18\u52bf\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u9752\u5c9b\u5e02\u79cd\u4e1a\u4ea7\u4e1a\u53d1\u5c55\u901f\u5ea6\u548c\u8d28\u91cf\u3002\u9752\u5c9b\u62e5\u6709\u81ea\u8d38\u533a\u3001\u4e0a\u5408\u793a\u8303\u533a\u3001\u9752\u5c9b\u6e2f\u3001\u6b27\u4e9a\u73ed\u5217\u7b49\u533a\u4f4d\u4f18\u52bf\u3001\u81ea\u7136\u8d44\u6e90\u4f18\u52bf\u3001\u4ea7\u4e1a\u94fe\u4f18\u52bf\u548c\u653f\u7b56\u4f18\u52bf\uff0c\u4ee5\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4f18\u52bf\u4f5c\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\u62db\u5f15\u6761\u4ef6\uff0c\u4e0e\u5c71\u4e1c\u7701\u79cd\u4e1a\u96c6\u56e2\u7b49\u56fd\u6709\u4e13\u4e1a\u5e73\u53f0\u516c\u53f8\u5408\u4f5c\u5efa\u7acb\u4ea7\u4e1a\u57fa\u91d1\uff0c\u8054\u5408\u4e89\u53d6\u5927\u5317\u519c\u3001\u5148\u6b63\u8fbe\u3001\u4e2d\u519c\u53d1\u7b49\u56fd\u5bb6\u7ea7\u79cd\u8d28\u4f01\u4e1a\u6765\u9752\u5efa\u8bbe\u56fd\u5bb6\u7ea7\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u3001\u80b2\u79cd\u4e2d\u8bd5\u8f6c\u5316\u57fa\u5730\u53ca\u5176\u56fd\u5bb6\u5357\u7e41\u5317\u80b2\u5206\u90e8\u7b49\u3002\u8be5\u9879\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u7531\u9752\u5c9b\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u81ea\u4e0a\u800c\u4e0b\u7275\u5934\u63a8\u52a8\uff0c\u5404\u81ea\u5206\u5de5\uff1a\u653f\u5e9c\u63d0\u4f9b\u7a0e\u6536\u4f18\u60e0\u3001\u9ad8\u7aef\u4eba\u624d\u8865\u8d34\u548c\u521b\u4e1a\u6761\u4ef6\u653f\u7b56\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u56fd\u6709\u4ea7\u4e1a\u57fa\u91d1\u5e73\u53f0\u63d0\u4f9b\u8d44\u91d1\uff0c\u4e13\u4e1a\u79cd\u4f01\u5219\u6293\u79cd\u8d28\u548c\u8fd0\u8425\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u5168\u65b9\u4f4d\u7684\u79cd\u4e1a\u80b2\u7e41\u63a8\u4f53\u7cfb\uff0c\u5c06\u7814\u53d1\u7aef\u548c\u5e02\u573a\u7aef\u6709\u6548\u5730\u94fe\u63a5\u8d77\u6765\u3002\u540c\u65f6\u53ef\u7531\u653f\u5e9c\u7275\u5934\uff0c\u4fc3\u6210\u5f15\u5165\u79cd\u4f01\u4e0e\u672c\u5730\u79cd\u4f01\u53ca\u79d1\u7814\u673a\u6784\u5f62\u6210\u7ade\u5408\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u62d3\u5c55\u548c\u63d0\u5347\u672c\u5730\u79cd\u4f01\u4e0e\u79d1\u7814\u673a\u6784\u7684\u601d\u7ef4\u89c6\u91ce\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u826f\u6027\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u9ad8\u8d28\u91cf\u53d1\u5c55\u5c40\u9762\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u5efa\u8bae\u5efa\u8bbeRCEP\u56fd\u9645\u79cd\u4e1a\u6570\u5b57\u4ea4\u6613\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u8de8\u56fd\u4ea4\u6d41\u4e0e\u5408\u4f5c\u3002\u201d\u4ed6\u8bf4\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u56fd\u5185\u5df2\u5177\u5907\u4e00\u5b9a\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\u7684\u79cd\u4e1a\u6570\u5b57\u4e92\u8054\u7f51\u5e73\u53f0\u6709\u4e2d\u56fd\u79cd\u4e1a\u4ea4\u6613\u7f51\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u4f9b\u9500\u5408\u4f5c\u7f51\u3001\u79cd\u4e1a\u5546\u52a1\u7f51\u3001\u667a\u519c361\u3001\u91d1\u519c\u79cd\u5b50\u7f51\u3001\u4e1c\u65b9\u79cd\u4e1a\u516c\u53f8\uff08\u7518\u8083\uff09\u7b49\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6bcf\u5e74\u7ebf\u4e0b\u4e3e\u884c\u7684\u201c\u4e2d\u56fd\u56fd\u9645\u79cd\u4e1a\u535a\u89c8\u4f1a\u66a8\u5168\u56fd\u79cd\u5b50\u4fe1\u606f\u4ea4\u6d41\u4e0e\u4ea7\u54c1\u4ea4\u6613\u
