Introduction to RCEP Shandong Enterprise Service Center
The RCEP Shandong Enterprise Service Center is the first comprehensive business service platform in China focusing on RCEP economic and trade cooperation. It is a pioneer in business services within the RCEP framework through a government-led and market-oriented approach.
In collaboration with the CCPIT Commercial Legal Service Center, Qingdao Customs, and authorities concerning tax service, notarization, administrative review and approval, human resources and social security, commercial establishment, etc., the RCEP Shandong Enterprise Service Center provides companies with government affairs services including “one-stop” commercial certification, issuance of certificate of origin, enterprise export tax rebate (transferred into account within 24 hours), testimony of foreign-related notarization, administrative review and approval, and talent service, as well as legal counsel, average adjustment, commercial conciliation, overseas investment, international debt collection, application guidance of rules of origin, intellectual property, enterprise training, convention and exhibition, and other customized services.
The RCEP Shandong Enterprise Service Center has created a service model of “Internet+government affairs+comprehensive foreign trade service” via big data, and provides service guide for business, RCEP news update, news release, inquiry of foreign trade practice, and many other online services by establishing an online public service platform.
